A finished extension for a busy family, shaped through renovation work for a growing family. Space for the music room, the dirty sports boots, and the new bathroom with a central skylight over the bath was the brief. This extension maximized the use of the site building to follow the line of the boundary, creating complicated junctions where new met old, while reflecting thoughtful house extension planning throughout the project. Out the North, this extension capitalized on the sun and views over North East Valley. New paint and a larger kitchen to the existing house have really transformed this 1940s home to suit the modern requirements of a growing family.
