This project involved turning a section of the existing deck into an internal laundry that flows into the kitchen. Careful detailing and problem-solving allowed us to use the existing decking structure and cut back the decking boards to construct new external walls to close in the proposed laundry area, reflecting a thoughtful renovation planning and design approach. The new bathroom was opened up and renovated with new fixtures and finishes, giving it great light and an open feeling, through a bathroom renovation with improved light and flow. The ensuite was cleverly designed to allow for a walk-in robe while also allowing enough space for a large shower.
